Classes are open to the public. All fitness levels welcome!
Power Row Class - Total body work for all levels. Class is designed to build strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility and balance. Equipment used can vary from concept 2 rowers, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, your own body weight and more. Classes held Monday - Friday. Times vary. See schedule.
Boathouse Grit - Class is about building strength and power. Class is design for all fitness levels. Classes held Monday and Wednesday 5:45pm

Monday: 5am, 7am (30 min), 8:30am
Tuesday: 7am(30 min), 8:30am
Wednesday: 5am, 8:30am
Thursday: 7am(30 min), 8:30am
Friday: 5am, 7(30 min), 8:30am
